In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called
TEDx.
TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together
to share a TED-like experience. Our event is call TEDx Munich, where
x=independently organized TED event. At our TEDx Munich event, TEDTalks
video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and
connection in a small group.
The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but
individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.
About TEDx Munich
At our TEDxMunich event we will have live speakers from the US, UK, Germany, and the rest of the world. Ranging from Ecologist and Filmmaker Michael Tobias to Activist,Street Worker, and Tori Shaun Bailey, to Cosmologist and Physicist Martin Bojowald, plus artists, designers, surprise guests, live music, think tank by tomorrow makers/value web.
