A few things to know about TEDxMunich registration:

Only a limited number of TEDxMunich registrations are available; they're granted at the discretion of the TEDMunich team based on a broad set of criteria aimed at ensuring a rich and stimulating exchange of ideas among a diverse group of peers.

We ask that you take the essay questions on the registration form very seriously; they're the key tool we have for understanding who you are.
The TED Conference application is not a typical conference registration form. We're looking for people who are likely, in our judgment, to be a strong contributor to the TED community and/or the ideas discussed at TED – and projects that come out of the conference.

Before you apply, here are a few things to know:

Set aside an uninterrupted hour to fill out the form. The questions touch on your goals, accomplishments and connection to your community. You definitely don't want to write this on the fly!

We recommend you look at the registration form first, then spend time offline composing your answers. Keep an offline copy, in case of a broken connection or other error. TED cannot be responsible for text that gets lost.

The TED community actively seeks new members who are leaders in their field -- and who can make a strong contribution to the TED community through their energy, influence and connections to change the world.

Pay special attention to your favorite websites and your personal references. We follow up on these.
